Product Availability and Shipping

• In Stock
  • "In stock" means we have products available and ready for shipment, either from our warehouse in Australia or directly from our suppliers. This indicates that the allocated stock is currently available.
  • By purchasing from our website or any sales channels, you agree that we have the right to ship products from either warehouse we determine to be most suitable or where stock is allocated. "In stock" does not always indicate that the stock is in Australia or will be shipped from our Australian warehouse.
• Third-Party Platforms (Sales Channels)
  • On platforms such as Catch.com.au, eBay, and Amazon, please note that our standard delivery time of 7 to 14 working days still applies.
  • Olimpico Sports Group reserves the right to cancel any orders from these platforms without written notice if we find that the third-party sites are offering our products at incorrect pricing or promising unrealistic delivery times.
  • Some buyers' information may be withheld by the third-party platform.
  • Third-party platforms withhold payment to Olimpico Sports Group until the buyer's order has been received. We do not receive any payment prior to this timeframe. If a refund is required, it is controlled and processed by the third-party platform and may take up to 3 to 5 days for the payment to show back into your account.
• Shipping Timeline
  • We ship within 1 to 5 days after receiving full payment of the order. This timeframe depends on the type of product. This timeline can be subject to change without notice.
  • Made-to-order or custom products, shipping times will be provided at the time of quotation and when a purchase order has been received.
  • During busy periods such as Christmas, shipping times may be extended due to an increase in orders. We will process orders in the order in which they are received. If you are concerned about shipping time, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.
  • Cut of dates may also apply during these busy periods. These dates will be shown on the main home page. 
• Tracking Numbers
  • In some cases, a tracking number may be assigned to your order, but this doesn't always indicate that the order has been shipped or is with a courier. It may simply mean that the consignment note or shipping label has been printed to expedite the picking and packing process. If you have any concerns about your tracking number, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for clarification.
  • If the tracking number shows a "Courier unable to pick up" status, please note that this does not mean the order has been cancelled or that it will not be shipped.
• Delivery Timeframe
  • We kindly ask that you allow 7 to 14 working days for your order to arrive. We recommend considering this timeframe before placing your order.
  • Delivery time could be affected by the location of the delivery address, weather events, or any other events that are out of our control. 
  • If you need your order by a specific time or date, please contact us before placing an order online.
  • Olimpico Sports Group will not be held responsible for orders delayed due to courier or transport company issues, weather events, acts of God, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
